I have a home warranty with Fidelity. After reading some of the reviews left on line of Atlantis Heating. I have to admit I was a little hesitant and worried of their work. And boy was I wrong! It was just the opposite of my worries lol. For starters, they actually contacted me 24 hours after I put in my claim and we're out there the following day and replaced my fan motor and the capacitor on my air-conditioning unit In July! In the past I Had to wait two or three weeks to get companies out in July to work on my air-conditioning unit before. Great work from Madison in the office to the technicians Constantine and Noah.

We called our Home Owner's Insurance for an AC issue. The company they gave told us it would be a week out. We asked for someone to come out sooner and they gave us Atlantis Heating. When we checked the Yelp review, we were honestly a bit concerned because the rating was low. But we really needed our AC fixed so we took a chance. My wife spoke to Madison in the office and she could not have been nicer or more helpful. She set up the appointment and let us know when the technician, Constantine, would be arriving.
He showed up promptly and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it. He added freon to the unit and it has run like a dream ever since.
During the service we learned that Constantine had recently taken over the business and has been working hard to build it up to earn a 5 star rating. We appreciate small businesses and feel that Atlantis Heating has every bit of the 5 stars that we are giving them. So if you looking for fast, dependable service, please give them a chance.
